About PacWest's Branch Operator Program

The PacWest Branch Operator Program is available to qualified loan originators in Oregon that desire to expand their market share and profitability. The PacWest Branch Operator Program allows mortgage originators to expand their product mix and profitability by utilizing PacWest's Banking Division, including FHA loans, while maintaining the option to broker to over 50 PacWest approved lenders. In addition to more products and access to PacWest's Banking Division, PacWest also takes care of the costs and function of payroll, licensing and bonding for all of its branches.

Because PacWest is a correspondent banker and broker, as opposed to just a broker, PacWest loan originators work under the less restrictive rules of originating non-brokered loans. In addition to the ease and speed of processing, underwriting and in-house doc prep, PacWest's originators benefit from the less cumbersome fee disclosure rules of a mortgage banker as opposed to a mortgage broker.

The PacWest Branch Operator Program allows qualified originators to:

• Keep their current company name and brand identity
  
  
• Maintain their current office location and structure
  
  
• Maintain their current office phone number, email and web address
  
  
• Have other originators work with them in their branch office on a compensation program that they, as the branch operator, determine
  
  
• Maintain control of their client list and referral sources
  
  
• Not have to maintain a specific net worth or audited financial statements for state licensing and bonding.
