About PacWest Funding

PacWest Funding, Inc. began serving Oregon borrowers as a mortgage broker in 1997 doing business as Precision Funding. Since that time PacWest has grown from a one person office to Lane County Oregon's largest loan originator. Anticipating the changing market ahead, PacWest launched its Banking Division in 2003 to better serve PacWest's mortgage consultants and borrowers. Today, PacWest's Banking Division has relationships with multiple lending institutions ensuring competitive pricing, first class service and a wide product mix including reverse mortgages and FHA financing. Adding to its diverse product mix, in early 2009 PacWest acquired a 30+ year old company specializing in private money lending. This acquisition allows PacWest originators the ability to originate non-conforming, private portfolio loans in addition to government and conforming loans.

PacWest Funding, Inc. is an Oregon corporation owned by company President, Kevin Simrin. Kevin has a background going back 20 years in the real estate and lending industry. In addition to Mr. Simrin, the PacWest management team is comprised of the company's Broker of Record, Todd Zimmerman, an industry veteran with nearly 20 years experience in mortgage banking and mortgage brokerage. Pam Hoepfl, with over 20 years in banking and human resources, holds the position of PacWest's General Manager overseeing day to day activity in all divisions of the company.
