Branch Program Benefits of Affiliation

Affiliation with PacWest Funding through the Branch Program will result in the following benefits:

FHA loans: As a PacWest branch originators are able to originate FHA loans. Not only are FHA loans a must in today's market, but the income potential is greater as well.

Banking: PacWest's Banking Division allows originators to access a wide variety of investors with favorable pricing and rebate. PacWest's banking relationships also offer fast, controlled closings and the ability to use bank disclosure rules—notably, not having to show rebate or YSP as a separate item on the HUD. PacWest originators have the advantages of a bank with the flexibility of a broker for those hard to place niche loans.

Private Money: PacWest branch originators have access to PacWest private money pool. With common sense underwriting and quick decisions this program is a valuable option for some scenarios

Group Health Insurance: PacWest Branch Operators and other full time branch employees are able to benefit from PacWest's group health insurance—all the benefits, none of the hassles.

401K Retirement Plan: As a PacWest branch, all branch team members are able to contribute pre-tax dollars to PacWest Funding's 401K program. Each member simply selects the amount of contribution and the investments that meet their goals. The administrative costs and hassles are taken care of by PacWest.

Same Day Funding: PacWest's Banking Division is able to leverage its relationship with all of its banks to offer same day funding on correspondent loans.

Payroll: PacWest takes care of payroll for its branches and all of the originators, processors and staff that work at the branch. The PacWest Branch Operator simply directs PacWest's Payroll Department how to disburse funds, and it is done quickly and accurately. A full payroll is done monthly with a mid-month draw available against closed loans.

E&O Insurance: With legal liability at an all time high, PacWest Originators can rest assured knowing that all PacWest branches have the security of errors and omission insurance coverage on all loans.

Education and Industry Updates: PacWest branches are able to plug into PacWest's in-company education to satisfy continuing education requirements. All branches stay in the loop on industry trends and news through our in-house newsletters and communications.
